Which formats can you read?
Excel, CSV, XML, JSON and EDI files, supplier APIs and portals, FTP folders, email attachments, and PDF price lists, catalogues and datasheets.
Do my suppliers have to change anything?
No. We work with what they already send you, in the format and on the schedule they already use.
What data do you extract?
Product content (titles, specifications, images, manuals and safety documents), purchase prices, discounts and price breaks, stock and lead times. You choose the fields you need.
How do you match supplier products?
By EAN. When a supplier has no EAN, we match by manufacturer part number, brand and specifications, and flag anything we can't match so your team can review it.
What happens when a supplier changes its file?
We catch it. A renamed column, a new layout or a new export format is detected before it reaches your catalogue, and the mapping is updated.
How often is the data updated?
As often as each supplier updates it: daily for most price lists, several times a day for stock when the supplier allows it. Every change in price, stock or range is flagged.
How do I get the data?
By API, as a file or by FTP, in the structure your PIM and ERP expect. Inside Landscaipe, it feeds Discover, Pipeline and Compete directly.
Can I use it without the rest of Landscaipe?
Yes. Supplier data works on its own. Connected to Landscaipe, it filters your gaps by the suppliers who can deliver them, fills your listings with their content and puts your purchase price next to the market price.
How is it priced?
By the number of suppliers and how often they update. The free test comes first, then we send you a quote.
